\naddress_monitoring_size - 0 through 9; defaults to 0 = 0.50\", 1 = 1.00\", 2 = 1.25\", 3 = 1.50\", etc.
\nstatus - the name of the status to initially assign to the marker.
\nsalesman_email - this will assign the marker to the specified salesperson.
\nAddressMarker_id - if specified, will update the existing marker.
\nexternal_key - will associate the marker with the key from another system.
\nintegration_partner - 0 = JobNimbus; 1 = Zapier; 2 = Custom.
\nlatitude | longitude - if known, please specify.
